How to make your body fit!

Fitness is some thing every one should look out for, its really important to be fit these days beaucse of the stress that is out there all around us, What i do for fitness is Yoga, and i really love doing yoga, The good thing about yoga is that you but feel stress after doing it, like when you workout in the gym, You are stressed, after doing gym you are strssed and then you rest. Now in yoga you do not get stressed to much, after doing asanas you relax there and then, Thats the good part, Now in gym you keep doing 1 excessixe one after the other, lol. Yeah gym will make you look good, But doing yoga will make you mind, body sound, Its great, You really have to do yoga to experience it, And another good thing about yoga is that, when we do yoga with other people we are connected to them, yeah. But when we do gym, we disconnecet, I hope you got what i wanted to say.
