Hey i dont thing any one has a formula for this one, But positve talk can make you lots of friends, always try to talk positve, Like if there is a project, you should say this can be done and try to find out all the positive points about the project, No negeative. This will help you with your company, with your friends and your family. Its really simple, but lots of people do not apply simple things in there life.
